Ingredents:
4-medium size potaos
5-tbs ghee or butter
1/2 cup sugar
½ tsp green elaichi ( Cardamon) powder
10 Nos Almond silvered
10 Nos kishmish (Rasins)
Instructions:
4-medium size potaos

Instructions:
- Boil the potato in a saucepan or microwave them for 8 min.
- Once the potatos cool down, mash or grate them.
- Take heavy bottomed pan and put it on medium heat.
- Add the ghee and add the grated potato.
- Stir and cook this till the ghee starts seperating from the potatoe mixture.
- Add sugar and stir continuously.
- Add green elaichi powder and stir for 2-3 mins.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Garnish with the dry nuts.
