Ingredients:
Granule nutrela(Soya) 25g
1- onion
1/2- tomato (diced/pureed)
3- flakes of garlic
1/2-inch piece of ginger(or use ginger-garlic paste)
1-2 -green chilies
2- tbsp chopped coriander leaves to garnish
Salt To Taste
Red chili powder to taste
3/4th- tsp turmeric powder
1/2- tsp coriander powder
1/2- tsp cumin powder
3/4- tsp garam masala
3- tbsp vegetable oil
Green peas(if like)
Instruction:
* Put the granule nutrela into a bowl.
* Pour cold water into the same bowl.So that the granule absorb enough water and keep aside for 10 If you have less time then pour warm water to the bowl.
* Chop onion,garlic, ginger and green chilies.
* Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic,ginger and fry for 1 min.
*Then add onion and fry till golden brown.
* Add little bit salt to the onion. So that it will absorb all the moister from the
onion and cook faster.
*Add tomato diced/puree and fry for 3/4 mins.
* If the mixture becomes very dry then add little water to it and fry.
* Add all the spices (salt, turmeric, chili powder,coriander and cumin powder) except garam masala.
*Add green peas and fry the masala for 5 mins till oil starts loosing out.
* In a pan add 1 tsp oil and add the granule nutrela.
* Fry the granule for 2/3 mins, so that the raw flavor will go away.
* Now add the granule to the masala and mix it well.
* Add 1 cup of boiling water to the mixture and reduce the flame.
* Simmer for 10 minutes.
* If you want dry then cook the nutrela till it becomes dry or if you want gravy then after 4/5 min remove the pan from the stove.
* Garnish nutrela with garam masala and coriander leaves. Ingredients:
