Ingredients:
1-cup suji (semolina)
1 cup water
½ cup sugar
4 tbs ghee( clarified butter)
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbs sliced almond
2 tbs raisins
Instruction:

Instruction:
- Mix suji and water together in one bowl and keep it aside.
- On medium flame, heat the ghee and sugar together, stir continuously until it turns light golden color.
- When it turns golden, add the suji mixture (the one you made at the beginning) and increase the flame (from medium to high) . Keep stirring until the suji and sugar mix well. Add cardamom powder .
- Stir continuously till ghee separates from the halwa, then turn off the heat.
- Now the halwa is ready. Garnish halwa with dry nuts.
