Did you know that eating fruits stimulates our brain helping us think faster and recall information much more quickly. Fruit Chaat (Fruit Salad) is a quick and yummy option for adding fruits for your diet.
Ingredients:
- ½- Cantaloupe
- 2-Strawberries
- 10- Red seedless grapes
- 1-Banana
- ½-roasted cumin powder
- ½-black salt powder
- ½- Lemon juice
- Cut all fruits into bite size
- Keep all fruit in a bowl and mix with cumin powder, black powder and lemon juice.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Serve fresh.
Fruit chaat is an interesting way to eat them... Yummy..
