Puffed Rice Mixture
Ingredients:
- 2-cups of rice puff cereal
- 2-tbs Cheerios cereal (optional)
- ½- cup fine sev (optional)
- ½-cup peanut
- 4-nos curry leaves
- 3-nos green chilly
- 1-tbs finely cut cilantro
- 1-tbs oil
- salt to taste
Instruction:
- Heat the pan and roast the peanut without oil, keep it aside.
- Next, heat oil in the pan and fry the curry leaves, green chilly and cilantro.
- In a mixing bowl put all ingredients together and mix it well.
- Puffed rice mixture is ready and enjoy.
