Fried Rice I was worried that my children do not get enough vegetables, then I remembered a healthy recipe my mom use to make:Fried Rice. Fried Rice is my favorite recipe. My kids tried this recipe and they loved it too! Fried Rice is very healthy and nutritious meal.
Ingredients: 1-cup rice 2-cups water 5-tbs sweet corn frozen ½-cup cut broccoli 7- small size carrot 1-tsp cumin seeds 2-tsp deshi ghee (clarified butter) salt to taste
Instruction: 1-Rinse rice well .
2-In a microwave safe bowl, add all ingredients and the rice. 3-Put the bowl of rice in the microwave for 15 min and your Fried Rice is ready.
Note: Make sure the container is big enough to hold the rice after it expands and the boiling water.
