Fruit Chaat (Fruit salad): A quick and Yummy recipe for adding Fruits to your diet


Did you know that eating fruits stimulates our brain helping us think faster and recall information much more quickly. Fruit Chaat (Fruit Salad) is a quick and yummy option for adding fruits for your diet.

Ingredients:

  • ½- Cantaloupe
  • 2-Strawberries
  • 10- Red seedless grapes
  • 1-Banana
  • ½-roasted cumin powder
  • ½-black salt powder
  • ½- Lemon juice
Instruction:

  • Cut all fruits into bite size
  • Keep all fruit in a bowl and mix with cumin powder, black powder and lemon juice.
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • Serve fresh.
