1-pack of puff pastry sheet
½-tsp roasted cumin powder
½-tsp chilly flakes
salt to taste
½- tsp coriander leaves (cilantro)
- First boil the eggs and cut them into four parts, sprinkle cumin powder, chilly flakes,salt and coriander leaves.
- Cut into square shape .
- Take the puff pastry sheet put the egg on top and close the edge with water.
- Bake for 10 min at 450f.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
Tip: Instead of eggs you can make your own stuffings.
