Egg Puff


1-pack of puff pastry sheet
3-boiled eggs
½-tsp roasted cumin powder
½-tsp chilly flakes
salt to taste
½- tsp coriander leaves (cilantro)

  • First boil the eggs and cut them into four parts, sprinkle cumin powder, chilly flakes,salt and coriander leaves.
  • Cut into square shape .
  • Take the puff pastry sheet put the egg on top and close the edge with water.
  • Bake for 10 min at 450f.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Tip: Instead of eggs you can make your own stuffings.
