Palak Paneer ( Spinach with Indian Cheese ) in 15 mins

Palak Paneer (Indian Cheese Spinach curry ):
Palak  Paneer (Indian Cheese Spinach curry) is very tasty and healthy, loaded with vitamins and minerals.  Below is a quick 15 minute recipe as opposed to other long time taking methods but no compromise in taste:


  • 500-gm washed and cut spinach
  • 200-gm cut in cubed shape paneer (Indian cheese)
  • 1- medium size chopped onion
  • 1-whole garlic peeled
  • ½-inch chopped ginger
  • 1-cardamon
  • 1-tsp cumin seeds
  • ½- coriander seeds/ powder
  • 1-tbs turmeric powder
  • 2-tbs oil
  • salt to taste
  • ½-cup water


  • Heat 1-tbs oil in pan, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cardamon, onion, garlic, ginger and stir fry for a minute.
  • Now add spinach, cover with lid and cook for 2 min.
  • Put all this in blender and make a paste.
  • Heat 1-tbs oil in pan fry the paneer and later on add paste and water, cover it and  cook for 3min.
  • Now Palak Paneer is ready and serve it with rice or Indian bread.
